* I recommend enhanced coverage (Old Republic Homeowner’s Title Policy), which will be ordered for residential purchases unless otherwise specified. Rates are subject to change and are not controlled by my office.

*If you can obtain a recent title insurance policy from the owner/seller of the property, we can usually use that policy to obtain a re-issue title insurance rate, which may save up to 40% on the costs of title insurance.
