IRS to waive penalties and interest on late 2019 payments

Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin announced today that the IRS will waive penalties and interest on late 2019 tax payments for a period of 90 days. This extension applies only to federal taxes. Stay tuned for a Virginia tax update.
