Business Spotlight: RBA South premier baseball training facility

Richmond Baseball Academy (RBA) South is one the mid-Atlantic’s premier baseball training facilities and travel team organizations. It is operated by two former professional baseball players who have a passion for teaching the game of baseball. Their facility boasts 18,000 feet of indoor batting cages, pitching mounds and training areas. RBA South offers individual lessons and training to players from beginners in little league to high schoolers to college players to professionals. RBA South and their affiliated Virginia Cardinals organization also sponsor travel ball teams for all ages. Hundreds of high level college and professional baseball players have trained at and played for RBA South and Virginia Cardinals teams. In 2014 we assisted RBA South with the acquisition of their new facility. We set up their ownership entity, provided closing services for the acquisition and build-out of the facility, and we continue to provide general business legal services.
