We assist business clients with debt collection.  Strong contracts, account agreements and invoices are key to maximizing your odds of getting paid in full, so allow us to review your business documents.  However, if you have customers who fail to pay we can help.  Sometimes a collection letter from an attorney is all that is needed, but filing suit  may be necessary.  We routinely file cases in General District Court to collect business debts and to evict defaulting tenants.  It takes at least 30 days to get a case to court, so we recommend being proactive.  We normally handle the initial filing on a flat fee basis, and the collection phase is handled on a contingency fee basis (25%) plus costs.  Please contact us for more information.
